What if I have a dental emergency?

Our goal is to be available for you when you have a dental emergency. Dental emergencies can include facial trauma that damages the structure of the teeth or jaw, loss of a permanent tooth, severe tooth pain, or signs of infection. If you believe you have a dental emergency, please give us a call right away at 615-383-3690.

Do you see patients of all ages?

Our patients range in age from 3 to 103! We gladly see patients of all ages at Dentistry of Nashville!

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and HSA Cards. We also accept most major insurances. We also accept most major insurance plans and offer an In-Office Savings Program to patients without insurance.

How do I know if I qualify for your In-Office Savings Plan?

There are no pre-existing clauses and no age requirements to enroll. You can enroll your entire family! Simply call our office at 615-383-3690 or come by our office to enroll by filling out a quick form!

When is payment due if enrolled in your In-Office Savings Plan?

Payment is due at the time of service with your discount of 20%.

Can I use my FSA or HSA to make payments in your In-Office Savings Plan?

Yes, you sure can! You’ll be provided with a receipt for your cleanings, exams, and bitewings to file with your FSA. All other expenses can be covered using your FSA or HSA accounts according to your agreed upon terms and conditions.

Do you take my insurance?

We are in-network with several major insurance companies and promise to work hard to accommodate dental insurance plans of all types. We also offer CareCredit for our patients to try to help them get the dental treatment they need. Give us a call to learn more at 615-383-3690!

How does your practice accommodate people with disabilities?

Our practice offers handicap accessible amenities including convenient ramps from the parking lot, wide walkways, and entrance ways that measure 32” or greater.
